As of August 23, 2024 : National Bank of Canada (the "Bank") wishes to inform holders of NBC Extendible Coupons 5.00% Flex GIC, Series 11F, Advisors Category (Fundserv Code: NBC28256) (the "market-linked GIC") that the market-linked GIC will not be extended by the Bank on September 8, 2024 and that accordingly, such date will be the Maturity Date, as described under the terms and conditions of such market-linked GIC. Holders will receive the repayment of the principal invested on the Issue Date and an Interest Payment at a rate of 2.50% (equivalent to an annual rate of 5.00%). Capital terms used but not defined herein have the meaning ascribed thereto in the market-linked GIC Information Statement dated August 26, 2022.
